Q: What is a "deal" and how does it work?
Rivalry Wear offers weekly deals on originally designed sports apparel that typically last 7 days. At the start of the "deal", the design is offered at a fixed price and for every 10 people that agree to buy the shirt, the price drops $1. The more people who buy the item, the cheaper it becomes. At the end of the deal, everyone who has purchased the shirt pays the final, lowest price.
Q: When does my card get charged and how much do I pay?
Your card won't be charged until the end of the deal. For example, let's say you agreed to buy the shirt on day 2 for $27, but the shirt ended at $18 on day 7. Your card will be charged $18 once the deal ends and nothing before that.
Q: Can I help drop the price?
You sure can! By sharing the deal with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Email etc., you earn a better price for everybody. There are links on the product page to share, and you can also find them in your email receipts from your order.
Q: How do I keep updated on the status of the deal without coming back to the site every day?
You can sign up for customized alerts on any deal in any city by visiting this link. If you've purchased the item and simply want updates on the pricing status, or would like the shirt, but only for a few bucks cheaper, be sure to utilize our notification system to stay on top of every deal.
Q: Where does the "Rivalry" portion come in?
At Rivalry Wear, we feature designs for fan bases from all over the country. When you order an item from Rivalry Wear, you earn points for both your own profile as well as the city you purchased from. These points are reflected in standings that are updated after each deal, so every time you grab yourself some swag, you're also helping your city in comparison to its rivals. Shipping & Tracking
Q: How much does it cost to ship your products?
All Rivalry Wear items ship for a flat $5 fee anywhere in the United States. Even if you order multiple shirts from the same deal, the shipping remains a flat $5. For all international orders, there is a flat fee of $20.
Q: When should I expect to receive my order?
All orders will ship within 24-72 hours following the end of a deal. We ship all orders with USPS Priority Mail, meaning a 1-2 day ship time is the standard turnaround. Q: Can I track my shipment?
Of course! You can log into your Locker Room after your product is shipped for real-time tracking information. Alternatively, you can use the Track & Confirm tool on the USPS website. Simply enter your label/receipt number, and click the "Go" button. If for whatever reason you are unable to locate your package or have trouble with the track and confirm tool, please contact us at email@example.com
Q: Where's my shirt? I'm getting antsy.
If your shirt has not arrived within 5-7 days after the end of your deal, we sincerely apologize for the delay! To track an item, you can log into Locker Room after your product is shipped for real-time tracking information. If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to try to get things straightened out!
Q: If I choose to expedite my order, when will I receive my shirt(s)?
In most cases, orders take up to one business day to process before shipping. If we receive your order before 3pm EST Monday-Friday, it will generally ship the same day and arrive with overnight shipping through Express Mail. If it ships next day, then you should receive your apparel the following morning.
Q: I want my shirt shipped before the deal ends, I don't care how much it costs. Can you make this happen?
We are not able to ship any items until the deal ends. By printing all of our shirts after the deal, we ensure that you receive the lowest possible price.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What's your return/exchange policy?
While we hope that you'll be thrilled with your product, we realize that it's not always easy to order the perfect fit online, which is why all Rivalry Wear products come with a 15-day exchange policy. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept exchanges of items that have been clearly worn or washed. Please send all exchanges to:

Exchanges will be shipped out within 48-72 hours of receipt and new tracking information will be uploaded into your Locker Room. Given the nature of our deals and the fluctuation in pricing from item to item, Rivalry Wear does not accept returns on apparel as all deals are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sizing & Information
Q: How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are a slimmer, athletic cut style of shirt and as a result, they run a bit on the smaller side. If you're in between sizes, we recommend going a size up. Please consult our sizing charts listed at the bottom of this page.
Q: Tell me more about the products you sell.
It would be our pleasure! We print the majority of our originally designed shirts on Next Level apparel blank garments, although on occasion we do use other brands for a variety of items including tank tops and sweatshirts. These include, but are not limited to, American Apparel, Bella, Alternative Apparel and J-America. We aim to use lightweight, blended cotton apparel as much as possible, which give our items a vintage, worn-in feel that you don't get with a standard, heavyweight cotton shirt. Please see the individual product page for detailed product descriptions.
Q: I'm a bigger guy/girl, can you please get me something that fits!?
Sure thing! While most shirts are available up to 3XL by default, we can order any size you need. If there is a design featured in a deal that you like, please let us know ASAP if you need an unlisted size and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. Just send us an email to email@example.com.
Q: I love your designs! Who's responsible for your artwork?
The majority of the designs featured on Rivalry Wear are created in-house by our talented design team, although we do accept submissions for concepts (see below). If you're interested in joining our graphic design team, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I have a great idea for a new shirt! How can I get it printed?
Awesome, we can't wait to see it! We accept submissions for artwork at our Submit-Your-Own-Design page and look forward to your submission. In order for us to consider your design, please keep in mind the following criteria:
- All artwork must be screen-ready, which means hi-res, color separated vector files are preferred. Hi-Res means minimum 300 dpi and Illustrator is our preferred format.
- Please refrain from using any profressional team name, team logos or team-style fonts. If the artwork contains any of the above, we won't consider the submission.
- Content must not be vulgar or offensive.
If we are diggin' your submission, you'll hear from us via email so be sure to fill out the entirety of the information form at the Submit-Your-Own-Design page.
Q: Washing Instructions
All of our blended cotton shirts are preshrunk, so don't expect anything more than minimal shrinkage. It's worth keeping in mind that most of our tees are cut to run on the smaller side, so if you are concerned about size, order a size up. On any of our 100%, lightweight cotton shirts, you should expect normal shrinkage of up to one size. Machine wash warm and dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Do not iron! For best results, wash tees inside out to maintain that brand new look and feel.
